Let's make it

  1. 01

    Heat the oven

Heat your oven and a large baking tray to the dough package’s recommended temperature, typically 450°F (230°C). Divide dough into two portions.

  2. 02

    Shape and top

On a lightly floured surface, stretch into two thin pizzas. Transfer to suitable baking parchment within its temperature limit. Spread with sauce and top with well-drained mozzarella.

  3. 03

    Bake until golden

Carefully transfer to the hot tray, in batches if necessary. Bake for about 12–15 minutes, or as the dough package directs, until the base is cooked through and the edges are golden.

  4. 04

    Finish with basil

Top with basil and drizzle with oil. Cut each pizza in half for four servings. Multiple oven batches add to the total time.
